Assessment of Athletic Profile

Every RISE athlete starts the training system by participating in an assessment that provides a glimpse into their current movement and athletic abilities.

  • Free 45-minute assessment and consultation

  • Measure current levels of power, strength, stamina, rhythm, and general movement quality.

  • The results are then compared to scientific data to kids their own age and gender, creating an athletic profile when compared to the “averages.”

  • The athletic profile then drives the youth athlete’s training, creating an individualized and specific program that is tailored to what they need.
