Every RISE athlete starts the training system by participating in an assessment that provides a glimpse into their current movement and athletic abilities.
Free 45-minute assessment and consultation
Measure current levels of power, strength, stamina, rhythm, and general movement quality.
The results are then compared to scientific data to kids their own age and gender, creating an athletic profile when compared to the “averages.”
The athletic profile then drives the youth athlete’s training, creating an individualized and specific program that is tailored to what they need.
